Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Holistica Headspa & Aesthetics, we value your time and ours. In order to provide the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review and respect our cancellation policy. • 24-Hour Cancellation Notice Required We ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours) Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a 50% charge of the service booked. This charge will be applied to the card on file or gift card. • No-Shows Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in 100% of the service amount being charged to the card on file or gift card. • Emergencies & Unexpected Circumstances We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. In these cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
