Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Holistica Headspa & Aesthetics, we value your time and ours. In order to provide the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review and respect our cancellation policy. • 24-Hour Cancellation Notice Required We ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours) Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a 50% charge of the service booked. This charge will be applied to the card on file or gift card. • No-Shows Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in 100% of the service amount being charged to the card on file or gift card.
